These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Aura Ops through this website, by email, or through direct communication with clients. Aura Ops is a France-based company specializing in artificial intelligence implementation, business process automation, and software integration. By requesting a consultation, accepting a quotation, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.
Aura Ops is established in France and provides services to businesses, professionals, and organizations in France and other markets. The availability of particular services may depend on the client’s location, technical requirements, project scope, and any separate written agreement.
Aura Ops provides services including AI strategy and readiness assessments, business process automation, AI assistant implementation, software and API integration, workflow optimization, team training, and ongoing technical support. The exact scope of each service depends on the selected package, the client’s requirements, and the written quotation or agreement accepted by the client.
Prices displayed on the website are indicative prices and may vary depending on the complexity, duration, technical requirements, and scope of the project. A final quotation may be provided after an initial assessment. Payment terms, deadlines, applicable taxes, and accepted payment methods are confirmed individually with each client before work begins.
The client agrees to provide accurate business information, relevant documentation, access to required software and systems, technical credentials, and timely feedback. The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to provide access to any data, platforms, applications, or third-party services used during the project.
Some services may require temporary access to the client’s software, databases, communication platforms, cloud services, or internal systems. Aura Ops will use such access only for the agreed project purposes. The client should provide only the level of access reasonably required for the delivery of the services.
Delivery timelines are agreed individually depending on the selected service, technical complexity, availability of third-party systems, and project scope. Aura Ops aims to complete all work professionally and within the agreed timeframe. Timelines may change if the client provides information late, requests revisions, changes the original requirements, or delays access to required systems.
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the selected service and written agreement. Revisions must relate to the originally agreed scope of work. Additional integrations, new workflows, expanded functionality, or significant changes to the original requirements may be treated as additional work and may require a separate quotation.
Aura Ops may use or integrate third-party platforms, artificial intelligence providers, APIs, cloud services, automation tools, and software products. These third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, technical limitations, and availability. Aura Ops is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.
Because our services involve consultation, technical analysis, configuration, development, integration, and professional time, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If work has not yet begun, a refund request may be reviewed individually. Completed services, delivered materials, configured systems, and used working time are non-refundable.
Strategies, technical documentation, automation structures, configurations, workflows, code, and other deliverables created by Aura Ops remain the property of Aura Ops until full payment is received. After full payment, the client receives the usage rights specified in the relevant quotation or written agreement.
The client retains ownership of the information, content, databases, documents, software, trademarks, and other materials supplied to Aura Ops. The client confirms that these materials may legally be used for the agreed project and do not infringe the rights of third parties.
Aura Ops designs and implements solutions intended to improve operational efficiency, reduce repetitive work, and support better business processes. However, actual results depend on the client’s systems, data quality, employee adoption, third-party software, operational decisions, and other factors outside our control. Specific financial savings, productivity improvements, or business results cannot be guaranteed.
Aura Ops is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunities, third-party service interruptions, software restrictions, data provided incorrectly by the client, or technical issues outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service related to the claim.
Aura Ops will treat non-public business, technical, and operational information received from the client as confidential and will use it only for the delivery of the agreed services. Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a separate non-disclosure agreement where required.
Either party may request the termination of a project in accordance with the terms stated in the accepted quotation or written agreement. The client remains responsible for payment for all work completed, services provided, and expenses incurred before the effective termination date.
Aura Ops may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business operations, or legal requirements. The latest version published on this website will apply to new service requests and agreements.
